This historic market town is drenched with history. From the 12th century Bishop of Norwich, whom the city was originally named after. Bishopās Lynn. To Henry VIII, the man whom it is now named after. Kings Lynn, post that lil dissolution of the monasteries incident back in the 16th century.

š· Kings Lynn Minster, St Margaretās Church. 12th - 18th century Church with a beautiful yard that will be in bloom on your visit!
š· Shakespeareās Barn, Guildhall. The oldest working theatre in the UK and the only theatre that can claim to have hosted William Shakespeare.
š· Walk around the town and check out the stunning architecture all around you.
š· Castle Rising, Castle. 12th century Norman castle just a stone throw away from the bus stop youāll most likely get off at if you follow my route by public transport.

Yesterday afternoon I headed into Kingās Lynn for a friendās 50th birthday celebrationsš¾ š. Happy birthday to Zoe from ZG Coaching and rhinobuildingdiy.
tipsyteapotbar was absolutely amazing ā¦ from the food, to the service, to the ambience! tropicbysuzifish you would love the Tropic-themed upholstery on the chairs! I had a delicious vegan afternoon tea (a rare find) and was so full by the end, I didnāt need to eat anything for the rest of the day! If I didnāt need to lose a few pounds in weight before, I might do now š

Iāll definitely be heading back to KL and the tea rooms with niamh.se when sheās back from her travels. Iām also looking forward to seeing more of the old medieval town that we managed to miss on our first jaunt last November.
I also found a lovely smart summer jacket in the AHAVA charity shop just up the road, whose mission is to end homelessness and addiction. The majority of the clothes I buy nowadays are pre-loved - all part of my commitment to live more sustainably. Part 1 of such a wonderful place were not everything is what it seems at the tipsy teapot. from pouring cocktails from a tea pot into a tea cup,to mad hatter lights.such a great place to comešš the staff were so friendly and the owners were warm and welcoming even got a tour upstairs were you can dance the night away, and also have table service.such a magical fantastic place to go I will be trying the food next time,I will be coming back on a Saturday night to dance the night awayššthanks to the staff and owners for making it a great experience š„°

āØļø Finally, I honestly can`t stand being cold! I absolutely loved the hot summer we had so I`m so sad it`s inevitably going to get colder as we head further into autumn! Suppose there`s more of an excuse to warm up with a coffee though! š¤£

10 months ago, this lady moved in next door, she was fresh from 10 days hotel quarantine with a then 4 year old and 7 year old, she was returning a balloon that had blown into her garden (she was probably thinking who are these crazy new neighbours!).

I fell completely in love with tipsyteapotbar on my visit to Kings Lynn a few weeks ago.
After a long day of exploring I accidentally stumbled into Kings Lynnās cutest most Instagramable bar. They had the most spectacular menu, so many brilliant dishes and cocktails. It feels like the perfect place to go on a night out. As well as a wonderful place to have a warming meal and gather yourself, as I did, after a long day.
They are really kind in there too. I was a bit nonsensical when I arrived, anything else new? And I got a tad over excited when I saw their giant flamingo. Omgosh. I need one.
