Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Tipsy Teapot gift vouchers purchased online, in person or through authorised sales channels.
By purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
General
Gift vouchers may be redeemed for food, drinks and experiences available at participating Tipsy Teapot venues, subject to availability.
Gift vouchers remain the property of Tipsy Teapot until redeemed in full.
Gift vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the voucher or promotional material.
The expiry date cannot be extended.
Unused balances remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited.
Venue Restrictions
Where a voucher is issued for a specific Tipsy Teapot venue, it may only be redeemed at that venue.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct venue when purchasing a gift voucher.
Gift vouchers may not be transferred between venues unless expressly stated.
Redemption
Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of payment.
Digital vouchers may be presented on a mobile device or printed copy.
If the total bill exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid using an accepted payment method.
If the transaction value is less than the voucher balance, any remaining credit will remain available until the voucher expires.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Vouchers
Gift vouchers should be treated like cash.
Tipsy Teapot cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of gift vouchers.
Replacement vouchers may only be issued where proof of purchase can be provided and the voucher has not already been redeemed.
Replacement remains entirely at the discretion of management.
Refunds
Gift voucher purchases are non-refundable.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, sold for cash value or redeemed against previous purchases.
Where a booking paid for using a gift voucher is cancelled in accordance with the applicable booking terms, the value may be returned to the original voucher balance at management discretion.
Promotional Vouchers
From time to time, Tipsy Teapot may issue complimentary, promotional or competition vouchers.
These vouchers may:
- Carry a different expiry date
- Be restricted to specific products or experiences
- Be non-transferable
- Be excluded from certain promotions
Any additional restrictions will be clearly stated at the time of issue.
Gift Voucher Purchases
Customers are responsible for ensuring that recipient names, email addresses and delivery details are entered correctly when purchasing gift vouchers.
Tipsy Teapot accepts no responsibility for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information supplied during purchase.
Fraud Prevention
Tipsy Teapot reserves the right to refuse redemption, cancel or invalidate any voucher where fraud, misuse, alteration or unauthorised activity is suspected.
Any attempt to reproduce, duplicate or tamper with a gift voucher may result in the voucher being cancelled without compensation.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tipsy Teapot shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from the purchase, use or inability to use a gift voucher.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Changes to These Terms
Tipsy Teapot reserves the right to amend these Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any updates will be published on our website and will apply to future voucher purchases.
